I have worked for ACD for 2years and have semi-enjoyed working as a customer service representative. I have assisted many day care providers with their need. As a Customer Service Rep. most of the time, it is very fast paced. It is expected to be able to work in a fast paced manner and to be able to assist providers with the correct information. Unexpected issues arise throughout the day along with regular scheduled office duties and responsibilities. In the office, customer service receptionists must work together and always be in accord with each other so that all work and other related issues can be accomplished and resolved. It has always been a pleasure helping and assisting the daycare providers.
