Shipping Supervisor (Current Employee) – South Bend, IN – January 4, 2014
Supervised shipping department, hired temps, fired temps, high turn over rate mainly because of attendance. Learned to delegate responsibility better, had to deal with personal altercations and attitudes on a daily basis. Hardest part of the job was dealing with individuals who were with the company for several years. Most enjoyable part of the job was improving relationships and overall morale....

This is a great organization that continues to beat the odds year after year. It is filled with hard working people. Great strides have been made and are still underway to strengthen the front line management team. The frustration some people find is that after a quick succession of promotions in the first two years there is a much slower advancement tempo. As the company works out how to create a well balanced career path this will work itself out. There are many wonderful parts of working at AssuraMed but the best is likely the staff. In every department you find people who are doing their best and will help you when asked. Most employees have great attitudes and work ethics. No workplace is perfect but this is a great place to go everyday.
solid professional training, paid community service time off, emphasis on doing business ethically and experienced executive team
front line managers that are tasked with too much reporting rather than developing their staff, an hr team that is lacking and unresponsive, highest levels of sales leadership spend more time with spreadsheets than their own people

Typical day at work well it would be working hard and maintaining the day through. I have learned various skills to help me with other job tasks. Well management is not so good. My co-workers are good people to work with. The hardest part of my job will be the end of the month quotes. The most enjoyable part of my job would be when we grill on Fridays for doing a good job.
