As the "Triple A of the food and beverage service industry," we offer a variety of second to none food safety services and staff training programs to restaurants, bars and cafes in New York City. We are looking for a talented sales expert who can first create an effective sales guide and strategy and then bring in and oversee localized salespeople who will sell our membership-based services via a "direct to prospect" approach. When properly presented, our services can literally sell themselves.

We need a sales manager to run the sales team and who:
1. Has solid and direct to client sales experience in the food service or hospitality industry
2. Can completely understand our business model, and create - along with our writer - a simple but effective sales guide
3. Can bring on board and "train" the right group of individuals to sell our services via a series of three membership package options

With more than 27,000 restaurants, bars and cafes across the city and an average of 500 per neighborhood as potential members, we seek an individual to oversee a local sales team with true sales "know how" who can - after proper training - sit down face to face with restaurant, bar and cafe owners and management and sign them up as annual members at different service levels. Our unique services cater to a well-defined audience. So salespeople will know precisely who their prospects are before they even contact them - a very definite advantage that will improve the odds of converting all such "warm leads" into paid memberships.
