The job and industry is high stress, which could be managed with great managers and company culture. Unfortunately Assured Relocation lacks both. Their managers have no education, no training, are untrustworthy and do not support their teams. The CEO doesn't value any employees, and treats people very poorly. The managers gossip and speak down about their direct reports peers. Their is no room for growth, although they lie about that during job postings to attract applications. Their turn over rate is very high, and in the last 3 months alone at 15 of their employees have put in their notice.
