A poor and very unorganized business

A typical day at work would start off with the Office Manager and the Front supervisor fighting and screaming (they are husband and wife).
The front desk and a slight few of the receptionist are very unprofessional and rude to not only other staff members but patients as well.
I would never suggest anyone to go there to work or to be seen as a patient

Productive yet fun work place, busy focused and fun
Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Valencia, CAOctober 2, 2013
Answer phones, schedule appointments, file, computer skills, pull charts, assist doctor if needed, call for MRI's, CT's, XRAY results, prescription refills, insurance verifying, billing insurance. I learned something new everyday and really enjoyed working there. The hardest part was getting the hang of the insurance verifying but once I got it I flew thru it. I loved working with the patients and interacting with people everyday, very enjoyable.
