Working here was a fantastic opportunity. I worked as the Human Resource Manager and during the last couple of years also assumed the CEO's duties in a limited capacity during his absence. Meaning I could make decisions regarding employment issues in addition to Patient issues.
I was also able to provide back up to the bookkeeping department during vacations and or illness.
The owner of the company was quite elderly and sold the company to a large corporation who in turn outsourced the HR department to a large mid-west HR service and, of course, brought along all new management.
