Managers need to be honest with their employees and take responsibility. They have to understand they set the tone for the entire office. Could be a great company if they vetted their managers before hiring. Most managers have no idea what their employees are because they are not involved at all, but pretend they know everything. Take time to listen then speak. Just because you're a manager doesn't mean you're correct all the time. Learn how to talk to people and not at them.

They use a forced Rank Comp Plan which is horrible and NOBODY likes it because it rewards the under achievers and penalizes the over achievers. Worse Comp Plan ever!
