Must Have A Stable Work History

Job Functions:

- Develop own lead opportunities within a sales region
- Demonstrated ability to take orders and close sales over the phone
- Ability to influence and persuade decision makers (excellent negotiator)
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Aptitude and dedication to manage a process from beginning to end, with little direction
- Meet and exceed quotas

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience selling software or financial services
- Ability to foster strong relationships over the phone
- Demonstrated ability to meet quota within an assigned territory
- Experience developing own lead opportunities within a sales region
- Desire to hit the ground running and learn things quickly
- Solid communicator with strong personal skills and the ability to work with a small team
- Experience in meeting and balancing customer demands
- Must be VERY comfortable using Salesforce to track daily activity
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
