Patient Care Tech/Secretary, Athens, GA - May 29, 2016
long 12 plus hour shifts were very busy and productive. I learned clinical skills sets. Management was great I was always respected and able to go to management in a very open and approachable manner. My co workers were amazing and I still keep in touch with many of them. The hardest part of the job was balancing time away from my family. Which later became manageable but I needed more hours and the opportunity wasn't there at the time for me to receive more hours in my particular department. The most enjoyable part was knowing at the end of the day you were helping someone feel better both physically and mentally so they could get better and go home. This job also offered me the opportunity to venture into the nursing world a little and that helped me with my decision making for the future.
