Good work schedule that allowed time with family and church.

Pros: great shift work.
Cons: breathing the powder.
I enjoyed my overall work at Teledyne. The shifts were long, however it allowed me to have more days off then normal so it was well worth it. Compensation was pretty good with the work that had to be done.

Pros: large coverage area, variety of calls
Cons: disrespectful attitudes, management upset over unavoidable situations
Forces employees to stay over past end of shift with threat of retaliation. Cliques that isolate some employees. General Manager has employees do extra work without extra pay for his own company.

Pros: team work, a family and taking the student to graduation
Cons: not enough hours, in a day to get everything accomplished, not enough administrative time
the environment is full of energy daily for the objective is to change the life of our students. The challenges of the students life issues and their education journey is what fuels the faculty and staff to show up to work everyday. It is a very rewarding career.
