Great place to get your self a new trade but lacks cohesive networking of technicians

Sometimes days could be stressful when applications weren't working how they should, or changes to applications were on a strict timeline.
Everything I learned about programming I learned because of ATK.
My immediate managers were always very good and easy to work for. Their management could be troubling and difficult.
Most of my co-workers were very – more...  fun to work with. Some of them could be arrogant and difficult.
The hardest part of the job was learning new languages on a strict timeline.

Nice place to work but you get very little training before you are thrown at a project

ATK was a cool place to work because the people below the management level were cool, but to be honest the moral is really low and there is at least one person leaving ATK a week out of only 250 people that work at this site. That is just to much overturn.
