I learned a lot here being it is small and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand to you. Shifts are usually 12 hours they go by fast. Nice culture. Friendly people. Pay could be better. Only thing I noticed in my 4 years was I love that they give new nurses a chance straight out of school but the slacked training they provide to them is horrible. I can't tell you how many "RNs" didn't properly know how to draw from a central line. And when a nurse does somwthing fatal drs who she are "in gpod" with cover it up. I witnessed a RN overdose a pt on heparin and her and the dr made lab stick that pt almost eveey hour while they covered it up because she used to work for that dr. Other than that nice place to work. Loved the workers there.
