The Atria at Roseland could use some diversity. The staff are all Caribbean which makes for language constraints from resident to staff . Not enough help. The physical building is beautiful but the management lacks empathy for staff and residents . Staff retention is poor in nursing dept. There has been from six nurses and countless resident care givers whom have just given up. Unsafe work environment due to staff ratio on any given shift.
