ATRIO Health Plans maintains two Pharmacy Directories. The Abridged Pharmacy Directory (local) provides a list of ATRIO Health Plan's network pharmacies that serve Douglas and Klamath Counties. he Comprehensive Pharmacy Directory (nationwide) lists pharmacies that are in our network but are outside Douglas and Klamath Counties. There are over 75,000 pharmacies in ATRIO Health Plan's pharmacy network. This network exceeds Medicare's pharmacy access requirements.
Beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefit. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premium and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2013.
To get a complete description of your prescription coverage, including how to fill your prescriptions, please review the Evidence of Coverage (Member Handbook) and ATRIO Health Plan's formulary. We call the pharmacies on this list our "network pharmacies" because we have made arrangements with them to provide prescription drugs to Plan members. A network pharmacy is a pharmacy where beneficiaries obtain prescription drug benefits provided by ATRIO Health Plans. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered under ATRIO Health Plans only if they are filled at a network pharmacy [or through our mail order pharmacy service]. Once you go to one, you are not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescription. You can go to any of our network pharmacies. We have network pharmacies outside of our service area where you can get your prescriptions filled as a member of our plan. Generally, we cover drugs filled at an out-of-network pharmacy only when you are not able to use a network pharmacy. If you must use an out-of-network pharmacy, you will generally have to pay the full cost (rather than your normal share of the cost) when you fill your prescription. – less – More from ZoomInfo »
