Pros: able to turn down assisgments if needed
Cons: temping can be difficult because it is not steady.
ATS was a very solid place to work if you were temping or looking for temp to hire. The staff seemed to care about you as a staff memeber. Unlike many other staff agencies which seem to hire people without any real skills for job placement.
