Productive and fun workplace, but a long day.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Burnsville, MNApril 11, 2014
Pros: occasionally, our company organized free lunch for employees that have completed their assignment on time, and are willing to work extra hours.
Cons: working extra hours was exhausting.
Our company organized a productive and fun workplace. I enjoyed working at a fast work pace helping customers. Furthermore, it was a fun working with teammates to complete the task and meet the company dateline. However, the toughest part of my job was how to handle customers who were hurt during their home foreclosure. Example, it was difficult to – more... locate home owners who were no longer living in the communities that they were living prior to their home foreclosure. – less

The workplace was clean and orderly. The break room had a TV in it and allowed to relax a little after breaks. I had no comlaints with my co-workers.

good for personal income but not for professional growth
DSDR Warehouse Operator (Former Employee), Houston, TXMarch 19, 2012
Pros: good quick income
Cons: long hours, boring and no professional growth
The job is decent in giving you full-time hours and possible overtime(but overtime is very little). The location were I was was mostly Vietamese most older and some younger. Language barrier is a problem; because most do not speak fluent most and have a hard time understanding one who is speak English. There is also a bias influence there because it – more... is Vietamese owned and operated. So if you are a hard worker and looking for potential growth going up the ladder, this is not the place...you will be looking for another job. They will promote their own people before an American. – less
