In my position there was no typical day. In my position you had to learn how to manage time, how to priorities tasks to be completed as well as development of action plans so that task could be completed in a timely manor.
In addition I had to be responsive to principals and staff needs and keep current with educational trends and beliefs.
With co-workers, I needed to be aware of their needs as well as how to conduct "difficult" conversations
The most difficult part of my job was "time." How to complete 50 task in x amount of time.
