ASI Exec management has gotten into the habit to firing capable managers replacing them with new ones who do not understand the business. Instead of reviewing the internal problem and try to solve it with existing team, management keeps hiring people who have no knowledge of the business nor the clients. This shows how little the management team understands the business and how much they are really willing to help with the long term development of the company.
Loyal and hard-working employees are being over-worked, kept stagnant in their career path, while their bosses are constantly refreshed with new hires. The business model is great, but the execution has been more than disappointing.
