Program Manager - Data (Former Employee) – Bellevue, WA – July 20, 2017
Working on latest digital ad-tech with smart/great people. Vision/direction could be better. Not much room for advancement or career development. Management needs to listen to their employees and take action from feedback.
Good company with promising product, but poor management
Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) – Bellevue, WA – December 18, 2015
Promising product, however very slow progress in marketing and engineering. Several people progressed too fast to director positions that are not qualified for that position resulting in huge strategic mistakes. Long hours are expected and there is virtually no motivation from management.
decent benefits, snacks and few company events
overworked employees, no culture, no motivation, work on many throwaway projects
AudienceScience employee (Current Employee) – Bellevue, WA – June 3, 2015
ASI Exec management has gotten into the habit to firing capable managers replacing them with new ones who do not understand the business. Instead of reviewing the internal problem and try to solve it with existing team, management keeps hiring people who have no knowledge of the business nor the clients. This shows how little the management team understands the business and how much they are really willing to help with the long term development of the company.
Loyal and hard-working employees are being over-worked, kept stagnant in their career path, while their bosses are constantly refreshed with new hires. The business model is great, but the execution has been more than disappointing.
standard pay work with reputable clients
no work life balance, no company culture, no respect nor recognition from management

Billing Specialist and AR Specialist (Former Employee) – Bellevue, WA – December 3, 2012
OK place to work -- their reviews were very subjective. Didn't have goals that were "smart" (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-specific), which allowed for managers to definitely have their favorites.
fun place to work. people are really, really nice.
