ASI Management Team is slowly killing the company
AudienceScience employee (Current Employee) –  Bellevue, WAJune 3, 2015
ASI Exec management has gotten into the habit to firing capable managers replacing them with new ones who do not understand the business. Instead of reviewing the internal problem and try to solve it with existing team, management keeps hiring people who have no knowledge of the business nor the clients. This shows how little the management team understands the business and how much they are really willing to help with the long term development of the company.

Loyal and hard-working employees are being over-worked, kept stagnant in their career path, while their bosses are constantly refreshed with new hires. The business model is great, but the execution has been more than disappointing.
Pros
standard pay work with reputable clients
Cons
no work life balance, no company culture, no respect nor recognition from management

New business that is trying unsuccessfully to compete against Google.

In addition, software is poor quality. There is poor software development discipline.

Billing Specialist and AR Specialist (Former Employee) –  Bellevue, WADecember 3, 2012
OK place to work -- their reviews were very subjective. Didn't have goals that were "smart" (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-specific), which allowed for managers to definitely have their favorites.
Pros
fun place to work. people are really, really nice.
