Taco Bell is your average fast food restaurant. Its always busy, your always short handed because employees do not come into work, there is poor management because the wrong employees were moved up because everyone else wanted to quit. Its poorly managed and when employees quit instead of hiring new employees they added double shifts to everyone and fired more managers. Sometimes you would have a couple of days where everything was running smooth and everyone would get along but others nobody could stand each other and managers played their favorite cards and over-worked others. Overall it was a pretty unpleasant place to work.
