Cons: the field work! collections in person.
Opened office at 8:15am on a daily basis. The first thing I would do is pull up my email to print out any applications for personal loans and would then run all reports for the day to let us know what are goals would be for the day/week/month. I would also make all calls to accounts that were 1-120days behind if any. By 10 am I would always do the deposit – more... for the day before and then would take lunch. At about 3pm I would do any field work that needed to be done on all defaulted accounts if any as well as make my second call on all past due accounts if no contact was made that day and if no answers I would then leave a generic message for a return call to the office. By the end of the day I would clean office so it would be ready for the following day. – less
