General Foreman (Former Employee), Baytown, TxApril 22, 2014
Pros: good when it's good
Cons: unreliable
I spent most of my adult life working and prospering this company and because my tenure long and reached a pay rate that they would not accept my position was eliminated without any other possibility for employment.

Pros: esop employee stock
Cons: management
Always have work. Stock is given to all employees. Management is driven by the dollar. So they expect the most but not for the best pay.

Good job
Timekeeper (Former Employee), Houston, TXMarch 26, 2014
A very fast pace job that had you going strong all day. Getting all timesheets and balancing them to the gate log. Inputting payroll in system daily, getting approval for time. Making folders for all employees and keeping them updated at all times. Management was great to work with as will as all co-workers. The hardest part of the job was meeting deadlines, – more... and the most enjoyable part of the job was when we all accomplished this task working together – less

Warehouse Associate (Former Employee), LaPorte, TexasMarch 20, 2014
Pros: four day work week
Cons: vacation compensation was not what it should be.
This was a very good place to work. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I learned a lot about the business in a short time. The days were long, but a 4 day workweek was the best.
