Fast growing body shop in San Jose looking for a full-time experienced office admin to join their team.

We are seeking an office administrator who is organized, reliable, and punctual with extraordinary customer service skills. Candidate should be computer literate with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, task oriented, and excellent time management skills a must. Ability to read estimates a plus.

The office admin will be responsible for:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized office and lobby area
- Managing the office schedules
- Supporting the estimator, CSR, and GM
- Sort and file invoices, mail, and documents
- Light accounts payable
- Medium data entry

Education: HS diploma or equivalent a must, some college a plus.
English a must, bilingual a plus
2-3 years office experience, 1+ years customer service experience.
Industry experience a plus.
