Office Manager (Aurora / Oswego)

Our Auto Service Center is seeking a qualified Office Manager to oversee operations for a full-service automotive repair facilities. We need an office manager with the skills, savvy, and experience to be the backbone of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. You will need to be able to work quickly & accurately as well as to prioritize in order to manage a busy workload.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones & greeting customers
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Payroll & Human Resources
Basic Accounting/bookkeeping
Maintain facilities
Ensure that supplies are stocked
Assist cashing out customers
Personal administration duties
Database maintenance
Marketing

A minimum of an Associate's degree in accounting or business management

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Knowledge accounting software QuickBooks

To work independently while also working as part of a team
