Sales consultant, Plymouth, MA - December 1, 2012
This company has had many challenges to keep afloat. You are expected to drive your own sales without much if any support from management and the company. You work long hours, very little time off (if you want to make ANY money) with management that has questionable honesty and integrity. You must keep really good records of your sales and transactions to make sure you are paid right. They are experts in taking advantage of the employees and customers who is unaware and trusting of them. Very little acknowledgement for hard work and team work. Co-worker are great and easy to work with. Very little back stabbing, but it does exist. The hardest part of the job is acquiring sales with the limited pool of resources available to you. This industry is very hard hit by the economy. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to shine in customer service and support. Seeing a happy customer drive away in a car that you helped make it happen.
