White Plains car dealership group is seeking part-time and full-time representatives for their Client Care Departments. Successful applicants work best in a fast-paced environment, are outgoing and possess excellent phone and writing skills. The ideal applicant is looking for a long-term career opportunity within the automotive industry, dealing with multiple new car brands. The primary goal of this position is to cultivate new business with prospective clients in a professional manner.
--Scheduling prospective clients to visit our dealership via email and over the phone
--Responding to multiple client requests with very quick turnaround
--Hitting monthly appointment objectives
--Mastering dealer's internal database
--Providing basic product information to clients
--Collaborating with sales team to follow-up business opportunities
--Balancing workload in an organized fashion
--Providing back-up administrative support, as needed
Weekend and evening hours are *required*. Compensation plan is salary PLUS commission, flexible hours and benefits available. Previous sales experience, experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Contact Management a huge plus.
