Working as a warranty admin is a challenging and rewarding in my experience. I enjoy finding and claiming monies due to the company. I have learned that this is a catch 22, manufactures want to use the warranty as part of their selling tool of the vehicle. In all actually the manufacture does want the customer to use it, hoping the catch the dealer not using the proper process in such a way that it is impossible to collect it. Therefore the manufacture wins and the customer too, leaving the money on the table for the dealer. My claims have been as close on target and I have learned over the years to read all the bulletins and pay attention to the changes made by the manufacture.
