Cons: everything else...management, resources, messaging, demand generation, reputation...and more.
Horrible place to be in sales. No structure, arrogant management, lack of respect for customers and employees, bad reputation amongst customers, poor CRM system called SMS that is of no value to sales reps. No territory assignments, so customer list provided, lack of resources, lack of communication, lack of vision or direction...everyone that was there – more... was looking for a way out. If you're approached for a sales position...keep looking, don't waste your time with Autonomy. – less
