Responsible for delivering IT business management software solutions to managed service providers in the information technology business channel. Prospecting new business, closing opportunities, forecasting sales pipeline vs. quota reports. Deliver effective presentations and manage the customer relationship via telephone, face to face and internet presentations. Provide follow-up to inquiries from website requests/downloads, webinars, tradeshows, and other marketing programs. Maintain and build relationships through account management, responding to inquiries and requests as needed and escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
