Was hired as a Part time 24 hours Commercial driver with little in-store work. The opposite happened. I got few hours, sometimes as little as 10 hours per week. They pushed doing 9-10 hour days to get any hours. Too many chiefs (Mgrs.) in one store, not enough Indians. If your in management you got hours. Too little pay for having to keep a strict dress code. In 7 months I spend over $600.00 for pants, AZ shirts, New Balance shoes for the long 9-10 hour shifts. Bought black AZ spring jacket and then could only wear a black winter coat. So another $79.000 for a black carhart jacket. If your not welcomed into the buddy system your out of luck to anyone hearing your needs. NO PERSONAL TRAINING!!! Its all video's that is if you get to watch them. I wouldn' t recommend this as a secure employment.

Told I would be working 25 hours a week..and scheduled for five hours two weeks in a row. never scheduled more than 10 hours. Plan to leave for full time position. did not like work schedule which varies and have to drive to store to get.not scheduled enough hours nor days to get schedule when work. Guess system can't email.
Worked 9 months as a commercial driver. At first, job was fun. Retired, and used the 25 hours a week to supplement social security. But while store commercial manager would be generous with hours, District manager would cut them. $8.75 hr pay is too low for how physically hard the job is. LOTS of heavy lifting. walking, climbing ladders. No benefits except in-store discount. Have to buy your own uniforms . Not worth it. Found another job, not in auto parts Don't recommend..
