Monitored and maintained a fleet approximately 1800 print devices for Bon Secours, that stretched from the Hampton Roads area, to St. Petersburg Florida. I was responsible for all project managing responsibilities of new practices coming on board, and practices moving. Closed all billing invoices and approved all orders by my service team. Managed a team of 5. We resolved problem tickets that were placed by end users through a ticketing system called Heat, while maintaining standards with SLA agreements. The job was not hard at all, it was very enjoyable. I like the fast paced nature of the job and the frequent traveling. I spent time assiting other hospital systems with start ups and offerd assistance when hospital systems needed help. Most enjoyable part of the job was the travel, and the bond I was able to build with my team.
