Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize staff, resident, and family demands, anticipate needs, is proactive, and take initiative is also crucial.
Duties include supervising, scheduling, educating, and inspiring the health service team, coordinating and participating in resident assessments, individual service plans, leading monthly QA meeting, overseeing the medication system, compliance of health services by demonstration of a working knowledge of rules and regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in the state of Wisconsin as well as the regulations of the nursing commission.
Qualified candidates will possess a current license (RN), and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills. Assisted Living experience preferred but not required.
Salary commensurate to experience.
