Fun, enjoyable environment with nice employees if you like animals but management doesn't allow time for certain essential things like training new employees correctly in our down time and lets you work the minimum hours. They have told us they may fire people because it's the slow season, which is understandable, but I feel they should give you more of a warning to find a new job. No one really does a job that warrants firing. Very low budget, despite having the money. Relatively low pay. Little to no chance of raise. Makes promises but doesn't follow through. A little disappointing, but.. It happens in busy work environments.
