Slowly or non productive customer service

Pay was good, and coworkers were real friendly and supportive, but I pride myself on my customer service, and unfortunately there were too many errors with the company that did not allow me to provide the best customer service possible. Also, I love interacting face-to face with my customers, but this was a call center job, so I was not able to do that with my customers.
