The Asssistant Property Manager will work on a portfolio of communities and site level team members, effectively managing their performance and leading with a focus on residents to deliver results
REQUIRED:
5+ years of experience in the apartment property management industry
5+ years of experience as a manager
Some experience or involvement in hiring and firing
Tech savvy - able to create & read spreadsheets
Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing
PREFERRED:
Experience using Yardi
Service industry experience
Bachelor's degree

Ability to effectively lead, supervise and motivate team members
Exceptional resident relations/customer service skills
Proven track record of maximizing occupancy and minimizing delinquency
Proven track record of increasing revenue by achieving company goals
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord/tenant law, and risk management (as it applies to multi-family housing)
Cheerful, honest, and ethical
Self-starter and successful with limited supervision
