Lead Aircraft Technician.; Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Company aircraft.; Maintain general safety and environmental policies and procedures to be followed in compliance with corporate policies and local, state, and federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. Provide assistance to other technicians in regard to performance of maintenance, proper use of tooling and troubleshooting of discrepancies on aircraft, engines, and equipment. Other duties as assigned by Director of Maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires A&P Certificate with 3 to 5 years experience working on Lear Jet model 35 and 60 aircraft.
At least 2 years as a Lead Technician or Crew Chief is required.
Strong troubleshooting and electrical experience preferred.
Additional experience on other aircraft highly desired.
Must have outstanding customer service abilities, attention to detail and organizational skills.; Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Hard work is rewarded.
