Avion leverages it's expertise in Software Engineering services to offer managed project services. Avion's unique combination of expertise in communication engineering and technology is a true differentiator in converged IP network optimization and audit and documentation of legacy networks in digital archives for accurate network asset information.

With a focus on excellence in both customer and employee satisfaction, Kanchana has grown the organization at an enviable rate. With the constant need to adapt to evolving market forces, Kanchana has spear-headed the company's expansion from simple project staffing to turnkey solutions in technology and telecommunications.

Avion is a 650 people company with a diverse group of 19 different nationalities. Avion's very impressive client list includes Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia, Lucent, Nortel, Cingular Wireless, Sprint Nextel, Accenture, UPS, and the State of Georgia. The company has done work across the globe with projects in 18 countries. Kanchana has been featured in several magazines including most recently in the Fortune Magazine. She has been part of panels discussing global expansions and opportunities for woman in developing Nations. Kanchana was selected to represent two US delegations, one to S. Africa in 2005 and S. America in 2006. The mission involved meeting and advising entrepreneurs on growth within the region and globally. Kanchana chairs several board positions, the Georgia Women's Business Council and represents Georgia on the National Leadership forum for the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the Women's Leadership Enterprise (WLE) to name a few. Kanchana is the recipient of the President's "Shinning Star" Award from the Georgia Women's Business Council 2004, Quiet Storm Technology Award at the 2005 Women's Power Caucus, National Woman of Color Award for Entrepreneurial Business Woman of the Year 2006 from the CCG group, the "Business Star" Award in 2007 from Women Business Enterprise National Council. Kanchana has a Bachelors and Masters Degree from India and the US to augment her broad experience in telecommunications and technology, which spans over 10 years.
