Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Fairfield, OHApril 13, 2015
Taking calls, learned about underwriting leases, how to diffuse difficult situations, my co-workers are wonderful, the hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult , rude customers.

Helpdesk Analyst - Levels I, II & III (Former Employee), Kenwood, OHMarch 23, 2015
I had the opportunity to work several different positions and better my overall my computer knowledge.

I was also very fortunate to work with such great co-workers.

Most enjoyable part of my job was being able to help people with their computer issues.

District Director of Operations (Current Employee), Cincinnati, OHMarch 5, 2015
Staffing is too slim to stay functional daily. Most time is spent trying to get locations open. Salary is not inline with the job. Little to no support from corporate.

Is not a place for a long term career.
District Director of Operations (Former Employee), Detroit, MIDecember 28, 2014
Pros: there were none fior me.
Cons: high stress environment and no worklife balance.
High stress environment with expectation of 24/7 worklife for upper management. Micro management from above with expectation to terminate store managers for not meeting unattainable results - constantly creating high turnover and understaffing.

Great Co-workers, horrible management
Loan Servicing Representative (Former Employee), Fairfield, OHOctober 6, 2014
Pros: good hours
Cons: didn't pay enough, hard to bonus, management horrible
If it wasn't for my Co-workers, I would have been resigned from my position. This company has horrible organizational skills and management is really bad. They do not know how to be leaders to the company. They also do not own up to there own mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this job to noone!

productive place to work
Collections Specialist (Former Employee), Cincinnati, OHAugust 11, 2014
Pros: flexible work schedule, good work environment
Cons: alot of changes with management that put collectors at a disadvantage.
A typical day at work would be to check cleared and declined payments. Depending on time zone call all declines to speak with debtor about arranged payment and why payment did not clear Once I was finished talking to all declines I worked on the dialer to speak with new customers who had not yet set up payment arrangements. Hardest part of the job would be to get the people who did not plan on paying to pay, and the easiest part of the job would be the bonus at the end of the month for all my hard work on getting the customers to pay.

Loan Servicing
Loan Processor/Loan Servicer (Current Employee), 4540 Cooper Rd Suite 200August 30, 2013
Pros: bonuses
Cons: system crashes, no concern with outside life events
A typical day at Axcess would consiste of taking inbound customer service calls and assisted customers in varifying informaion to process theri loan application. I leaned a lot in regards to how properly processa loan application. I also learned a lot in terms of dos and donts and state laws whe it came to processing those applications. The co-workers were very nice, the management could have been a bit friendlier. The hardest part of my job was getting yelled at and blamed for system issues and crashes that we had no control over. Also, having to deny certain people of their loans when you know they were truly in need.

Compensation and benefits are great. Most of the staff is great. A few bad decisions by management have horrible and long-lasting effects on staff.
Loan Processor (Former Employee), Cincinnati, OHJuly 21, 2013
Pros: great benefits and pay!
Cons: those in management here and there will lie and literally steal from you!
I loved working here until upper management decided to make changes which not everyone was on board with. Before that, the pay was better than any other position I had heard of. The benefits were also the best around. At the time management decided to change some things, some employess were ready to change and some employees were not. I am always up for change so I was ready. Unfortunately, the entire rest of my team was not. I did exactly what management asked us to do. I repeat: I DID EXACTLY WHAT MANAGEMENT ASKED US TO DO! After the first month of these changes, with my co-workers lying about being on board even though they did not even come close to doing what was asked of them, my numbers (accurate to what was requested of us) as well as one other associate out of our entire team, were the only ones different from everyone elses. Consequently, her and I did not make bonus (did NOT bonus for doing what we were told to do?!). Needless to say we were furious and my co-worker went straight to our manager who blatantly refused to do anything about it. The following month when the rest of our co-workers actually (and finally) started doing what they were supposed to do, their numbers looked more like ours. Actually their's were worse than ours because we already had a month of practice behind us. Had her and I been the only ones to bonus that month, I would have been okay. But did it happen that way? No. Not at all. My supervisor blatantly admitted to me that they had figured out by then what had been happening all along even though, my co-worker and I still never got reimbursed while the rest of our team got paid for lying and doing what management told them NOT to do. I left the company soon after that (for medical reasons, not because I missed a month of bonus) but I heard soon after that a lot of people from the bottom to the top had lost their job and I feel it was well-deserved...
