Responsibilities:
Exceed our guests' expectations every day
Never compromise our high standards regarding food quality or service
Uphold honesty and integrity in all relationships and exercise a sense of urgency in everything that you do
Promote restaurant sales growth and profits
Thoroughly train restaurant workforce
Develop bench in all restaurant departments
Model a "guest first" mentality
Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Maintain a highly clean restaurant at all times

Minimum Requirements
2 + yrs. experience a management or supervisory capacity in upscale casual or fine dining establishments.
1+ yrs. experience with Financial/P&L management of $3+ million
1 + yrs. experience supervising and training and developing employees
proficiency in upscale casual or fine dining
Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
