Fun workplace with intelligent and thoughtful team

Had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Axiom, it's a place where you truly feel happy to be at work, where you coworkers care so much they become almost a second family, and where you can absolutely take on projects outside of your role and control the direction of your career. Not the most competitive pay but the worklife balance and incredible – more... team more than make up for it! – less

Contract based, not a permanent job

I love the culture and people in the firm. However, the firm does not offer any benefits and it is only project based temporary job.

It is not alright if you are on the beach and drowning
Attorney (Former Employee), LondonApril 23, 2014
Pros: good parties, reasonable pay if you are working
Cons: disorganised, harsh, unfriendly
Axiom is a glorified temp agency. If you expect anything more, you will be disappointed. The main caveats are that they try to find work for their attorneys. If they do not find work for them, the attorneys starve! So, people of independent means should work for them. There is no pay for sick days or holidays, so be aware. There is no development of – more... attorneys so they do the work that is available, nothing more, nothing less. Often a client will not want to pay the charges that Axiom makes for supplying an attorney so the attorney is left without work. This is not a career option but a stop-gap for lawyers. – less
