My first impression of the company is that they don't waste a candidates time. I was interviewed on a Tuesday, participated in a client conference call on Thursday and was at my desk Monday!
Very few levels of management; top management - even CEO - are accessible to all and they are good people. (They seem to be adding levels - a byproduct of growth, I suppose.) The company culture is almost like a family, with everyone willing to help everyone else solve a problem. Result of this evil ;-) scheme: This is one hard-working bunch of geeks, willing to go all-out to get the job done... And loving it! Most of us see the work day as a day of fun challenges.
CEO works 80 hours/week, is quite the geek himself. But does not impose that on the staff, a rare quality!
