Logging in to Goldmine, checking of calling que for campaigns or follow ups. Co-workers very helpful to new employees. Small company, Management easy to talk to. Bonus two times of week for most event registrations or appointments.

Overall the people is what makes the company. It's a small privately owned (I believe-don't quote me on it) company that has kept its head above water and has managed to make it. The spirit is really about pulling together and working as a team. It doesn't have a lot of room for advancement because it's small business, but they definitely hire from within if possible.

good work environment, nice office setting, relaxed setting

little room for advancement, seasonal company instability
