We have two offices in Michigan and are seeking an administrative assistant for our Rochester Hills office that is knowledgeable with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and the internet. Must be organized, able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, follow direction, and handle phones.
Day and evening hours vary, but we are seeking someone to work Thursdays, Fridays, and every other Saturday. Pay rate for this position is $9 -$11.50 an hour.
This position will be working in our new Rochester Hills office with clients ensuring excellent customer service / sales while also maintaining a professional and organized office. Will work independently at times and will need to be reliable and trustworthy.
Administrative office responsibilities will include; answering phones, checking in and out clients / cashiering, scheduling appointments, banking, inventory/stocking and some office clean up. EMAIL your resume and cover letter to Human Resources.
