Information Systems Security Manager (Current Employee), Fort Worth, TXNovember 10, 2014
Pros: decent pay and benifits
Cons: job security
Have held several positions with the company over the last 8 years my latest has been ISSM. I can say that they have given me a lot of opportunity to expand my knowledge. They are for the most part very employee orientated and are more than willing to do the right thing by the employee.

I have enjoyed working here.

No advancement with BAE. They are more concerned about senior management salaries and overhead than keeping good workers and advancing those workers.

Very Large Company
Contractor - Defense and Manufacturing (Former Employee), Sealy, TXNovember 5, 2014
This was a very large company when I started. I worked in several different areas of the company so there was somewhat of an advancement level.

Disadvantages of working for such a large company, you don't get recognition that you deserve.
