Baptist Health System has an opening for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the President/CEO. The qualified candidate must be astute and detailed oriented. Duties include organizing and managing administrative schedules and activities, welcoming guests and visitors, coordinating meetings, recording minutes and facilitating travel arrangement. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be a self starter. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently are required. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with an Associates degree.
