Bayco Management is a rapidly growing Accounting/Bookkeeping/Tax firm founded in 2000. To meet this rapid growth, we have continued to add staff during each of the past five years enabling us to meet and/or exceed our Client's service expectations.
Bayco acts as our Client's virtual complete accounting service and therefore allows them to focus on sales, customers, and profits.
Although our Clients are located throughout the United States, we are a Southfield, MI based company. We are presently are working with Clients in 38 states.
*Month end bank statement reconciliation
*Payroll and preparation of payroll taxes
*Preparation of (SBT-940-941) forms
*Multiple client assignments
*Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experiences a qualified candidate will have-
*Be a Career Minded professional
*A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Bookkeeping/Full Charge Bookkeeping. Certification is a plus.
*Be proficient with Intuit QuickBooks. Certification is a plus.
*Able to interact with clients directly.
*Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
*Excellent communication skills with Clients and peers.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Be a team player.
*The ability to multi-task.
*Associates degree in Accounting.
*Bachelors or Master's degree a plus.
