Service Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5PM CST, some weekends and evenings on call
Location: Sherwood, AR (right outside of Little Rock, AR)

Duties include managing service operations for technicians on the road servicing beverage equipment. REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT OF A FIELD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS. Acceptable would be someone who was titled as Office Manager yet has technical expertise and experience in critical decision making processes involved in routing technicians based on locale and skill as long as they are willing to travel, interact with technicians, learn technical skills and have a GREAT ATTITUDE : ).

Requires great communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to write, follow and delegate protocol. Must be able to periodically travel and be able to fill in as a service technician sometimes when needed, such as a rotating on call schedule for weekends. However, this position is primarily in the office.

Experience in ESC and Quickbooks software is a plus but not required. Experience or training on any of the following equipment is desired for this position: Bunn, Bunn-O-Matic, Wilbur Curtis, coffee or tea brewers, espresso machines or grinders, Franke, Mastrena, Verismo, HVACR, ice machines, soda fountains, etc.

We will accept applicants who have a solid background of management of a FIELD SERVICE COMPANY even if they are not trained in our field of expertise.
