Administrative assistant to our Operation with strong background in accounting as well as HR.

1. Perform the day to day processing of accounting transactions
2. Provide administrative support to our operations
3. Provide HR support to our organization

Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of accounts payables and receivables
2. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in entering information
3. Ability to multitask and work with little supervision
4. PROFICIENT in EXCEL and Microsoft word
5. Ability to work at a fast pace environment
6. Ability to prioritize jobs

Skills
1. Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
2. Bookkeeping skills
3. Effective verbal and listening communication skills
4. Attention to details and high lever accuracy

Experience

1. 5 year experience in Accounts payables and receivable
2. Bachelor degree in Business Management preferred
