TYPE OF POSITION: Part-time (12 hours per week to start)
COMPENSATION: Based on experience, $12-14 per hour
HOURS OF WORK: Hours to be determined between 10 am – 4 pm

Administrative Assistant needed to assist busy, growing company with administrative tasks, customer support and project assistance. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Database entry using Sage Act! Pro CRM system
- Scheduling, updating calendar, reservations using Sage Act! Pro Customer Support – setting up new customer accounts, basic support and maintenance of accounts (training provided)
- Internet research and project assistance
- Editing and updating Spreadsheets (including formulas)
- Prepare E-mail marketing campaigns using Constant Contact software
- Provide general office support including mailing, filing, scanning, printing, etc.
- Assist in social media updates using HootSuite
- Assist in preparing for exhibits, events and seminars
Looking for a detail- oriented person with the skills to follow-through, must be reliable, trustworthy and have integrity. Requires strong computer skills. Experience with Excel spreadsheets required. Experience with Sage Act! Pro CRM system not required, but a plus. Training provided if necessary. Must have good communication skills, strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have ability to multi-task. Must be able to work independently.
