Global Localization and Web Project Manager
Core responsibilities:
Manage the creative, operational and technical aspects of worldwide online presence, including design, development, integration and maintenance
Interface with translation agencies to localize content and publish it in different Juniper websites around the globe
Interface with other regions web managers to coordinate global changes to different web properties
Project manage the translation of marketing material related to marketing campaigns
Develop and evolve an ecosystem of web assets (websites, microsites, and other assets) that create brand awareness and drive measurable sales pipeline activity across multiple geographies worldwide, including North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific
Design and implement web landing pages, emails, and other web assets to support marketing campaigns in target markets worldwide
Define processes for global translation of assets and web content
Integrate paid and natural search initiatives with web assets
Integrate social media programs and capabilities with web assets to extend our ability to engage with target audiences
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online campaigns/programs
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to optimize results
Maintain and apply working knowledge of the latest web marketing trends, technology and practices
Drive brand identity and equity, ensuring it is in line with our domestic and international brand position and the nature of the market.
Develop and deliver insightful presentations and strategies to different stakeholders about our digital global efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's degree (an advanced degree in Marketing, Web Design, or Business is preferred)
Minimum 8 years of work experience in web design / development and digital marketing with a minimum 12 years of cumulative professional experience
Proficient with web content management systems (CMS)
Experience working with other geographies on digital strategies
Working knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Written and verbal communication skills meet the highest business standards
Experience working with translation agencies
Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
Attention to detail; takes pride in work; and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
