Join a leading high-tech company in Mountain View, CA as a Talent Acquisition / Workforce Analyst!
Within the Global Talent Acquisition team, provide report writing and analytics to support hiring initiatives. The Analyst will act to understand existing reporting, identify best practices and translate current needs to creating consistent measurement terms and recurring reports to establish a consistent and effective analysis of Client's talent acquisition capacity and delivery.
Assist in the development and redesign of metrics framework that supports measurement of talent supply and demand Analyze reporting needs, validate reliability of data in ATS, identify consistent measurements and design reports that address current and projected needs.
Provide strategic data analysis for headcount, staffing, employee engagement, potential and performance data Partner with HRIS as a subject matter expert to ensure data integrity, troubleshooting, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement.
Test for bugs/issues and provide ideas for improvement & conducted ad hoc staffing analytics to support business needs Document business requirements and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Develop solutions that maintain corporate accountability for end to end process results.
Identify opportunities to develop tools to enable a self-service delivery model with regards to labor management.
Requires 5+ years of experience.
Knowledge of human resources functions and processes, system setup, data flow to track down problems; analytical, critical thinking, statistical and problem solving skills in order to ensure system integrity; and an understanding of HRIS
Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, planning and organizational skills and previous experience collaborating in a team environment
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and DIT Kenexa / 2xB;
proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access and Workday is ideal
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field or equivalent education/experience required.
